Course Overview

This is for advanced users of IQCare and IQTools and focuses on reporting, data queries and data analysis. Students will learn how to use SQL to create queries and reports. Through practical exercises students will be able to independently develop their own queries. Data analysis techniques will also be discussed.

Prerequisites

This class is tailored to strategic information and information technology professionals. Basic SQL knowledge and the ability to run simple reports and data queries is recommended.
