Course Overview

The IQChart Administrator training is our TOT curriculum; participants learn details of IQChart administration and how to generate reporting queries with the goal of achieving a detailed understanding of the backend database tables and SQL queries.

This course covers concepts and topics that enable participants to qualify as IQChart trainers in the field and obtain technical skills to create new queries, new validations, and custom reports within IQChart. This session also prepares participants to become first line technical support to address and respond to questions and issues which occur at sites. A comprehensive user manual accompanies the training sessions in addition to supplemental materials.

Duration: This is a 4 day course.

Prerequisites

This course is for designed technically oriented clinicians and technical support staff. Students should already be familiar with all aspects of IQChart. Participants should have at least moderate computer knowledge and computer troubleshooting skills. Participant should have prior experience with using MS Access databases, building queries, using database tables and fields.A basic knowledge of SQL is required.
