Where has IQChart been deployed and in how
many locations?
- IQChart has been deployed in Rwanda and Guyana in approximately
100 locations.
Can a clinic add site specific data fields
to the IQChart data capture screens?
- No. Clinics can not add custom fields at this time, but existing
screens can be customized, unwanted fields can be hidden. In addition,
drop down result lists can be customized and all form captions can
be edited.
What languages is IQChart available in?
- IQChart is currently available in the English and French languages
but can be translated to any other left-to-right language utilizing
the built-in form and message edit facility.
What kind of reporting capabilities does IQChart
have?
- IQChart provides several pre-defined reports, including the PEPFAR
Track 1.0 report. As well, all of the Facility Dashboard statistics
can be displayed in tabular or graphic form with user defined time
periods and age groups. IQChart also provides a custom query export
/ import facility for more advanced users. User generated Standard
Access queries can be included on the reporting tab of the facility
dashboard.
What are the minimum computer requirements
to run IQChart?
Software components
- Windows XP Professional operating system with service pack 2
- Microsoft Access 2003 (part of Microsoft Office professional 2003)
- Microsoft Excel 2003 (if reporting export is required)
Hardware components
- Recommended minimum 512Mb RAM
- 2Gb Free hard disk space
How much training is required to learn how
to use IQChart?
- IQChart is extremely intuitive to use and because it uses the
WHO register, most clinicians are very familiar with data format.
Experience has shown that a three day course which covers installation,
data entry and report creation is enough time to get sites up and
running and comfortable with the application.
